At Empire, we’re always exploring ways to increase the value of our products. One example are the updates to our Pro-Finish® line, designed to boost system performance and simplify the installation of space-saving vertical doors.
A key enhancement is the taller light box. This new design allows the internal filter to rotate from a horizontal to a vertical position, which reduces noise at the operator’s station and extends filter life. By positioning the filter farther from the blast area, the chance of media escaping is minimized, and the buildup of outside contaminants is slowed. Overall, the new box will offer quieter, cleaner operation while requiring less maintenance than before.
Additionally, the vertical door attachment is part of a proven two-piece assembly already in use in many of Empire’s modified cabinets and automated systems. Starting May 1, this two-piece door will come standard with all new Pro-Finish orders. Benefits include lower shipping costs and a 50% reduction in assembly time.
