BB1 basket blasters automate the batch processing of small parts in production environments at a very attractive price. A 20-inch wide by 12-inch diameter basket, supplied with an insert for handling very small parts, processes over 50 pounds per cycle. Two blast guns mounted on retractable holders permit quick and easy adjustment of blast angles. Other standard features include a one-cubic-foot media storage hopper, a 600 CFM tunable reclaimer, and the choice of a one-horsepower bag-house or cartridge-type dust collector. Cabinet construction, like all of Empire's production-grade equipment, consists of rugged 14-gauge steel.
